Quality Error Request -

Neora takes utmost care in delivering quality products, but in rare circumstances, if there is a quality issue or any other concern related to your order or purchase please get in touch with us with your order or purchase details and pictures within 48 hours at ‘neorabync@gmail.com' or contact us on +919509915448. We assure you of a prompt response regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy -

Please note purchase or order can only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase or placing the order. Once the purchase or order is processed after 48 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. refund will be credited in 7-10 working days.

Return Policy -

Since Neora is a complete ‘Made to Order Label’ we do not accept returns because each of our garment is specifically made for every client according to the specifications mentioned by them. It can be exchanged if there’s a size issue. However, if a garment has been ordered in a size S and needs to be exchanged to a size 2XL then we will not accept this return. In case of any damage or size issue products, final decision will be ours. If customer's refund request will accepted. We will ask your for bank details and customer will get refund in 7-10 working days from when we got the payment from customer.


Additional Policy -

On our website We are not doing any type of unethical things (Example : if you find any product which has 0 Rs. price or something which can not be acceptable as suitable amount for designer products. It may be happen sometimes because of technical error or other things. For this kind of orders we could not accept the order & not deliver it. Also not able to give refunds for it .
For genuine orders customer also get a conformation from our side through email or are given contact details within 24 to 48 hours.
